  I tried to have a medication filled here that is very important to my mental health/well-being and after struggling for 3 days of not being on it due to issues with my doctors office I got to deal with an extremely rude female pharmacist who essentially refused to let me know what other CVS pharmacy in my area would be able to fill my prescription and have it covered by my Blue Cross/Blue Shield Alabama plan. The funny thing is that I had just filled only 3 months ago and my coverage had remained the same because my plan typically doesn't change unless its the beginning of the year when CVS and BC/BS Alabama renegotiate their coverage for customers(it is winter of 2017 now). Also note that my last experience 3 months ago was also a total nightmare where they essentially told me my prescription wasn't covered by my insurance even though it actually was and no one even apologized to me after taking my money. I think this is totally unacceptable customer service for a company who is now leaps and bounds ahead of even Walgreens with regards to pharmacy market share in the United States (CVS is 23% and Walgreens is 19%, CVS market share has skyrocketed and they have even started taking over pharmacies inside of Target stores across the United States). I will NEVER buy anything at a CVS pharmacy again. This includes even a 1$ pack of gum. I could be bleeding to death, and I would risk dying just to buy first aid supplies at a different place (or just go to the hospital lol).
